Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

The free trial automatically expires 15 days after registration on hostatto.com. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan within this period, your store will be suspended immediately. You will have a 20-day grace period to transition to a paid subscription before all associated store data (products, configurations, media) is permanently deleted, as specified in Section 5.

Additionally, during the free trial period, all built-in payment modules (including Stripe, PayPal, and invoice payments) are subject to strict volume and transaction limitations enforced per individual payment system. Each gateway method is restricted to either a maximum of 3 successful payments OR a cumulative processed volume of 300 USD. Reaching either of these thresholds will automatically deactivate that specific payment gateway for the remainder of the trial period unless the store is upgraded to a paid subscription plan.


2. Paid Subscriptions, Refunds, and Our Risk-Free Guarantee

All subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. We believe in 100% fair and transparent pricing. Here is how our industry-leading refund rules work:

  • 0% Platform Fees: hostatto.com never charges transaction fees or commissions on your store's sales. You keep 100% of your revenue, subject only to standard processing fees from your payment processor (like Stripe).
  • Subscription Plans & Special Offers: We offer standard subscription plans starting at 35 USD per 31-day cycle, as well as a limited Promotional Lifetime Plan for the first 300 subscribers at a fixed rate of 20 USD per month.
  • Our USP: The "Pay-Only-For-What-You-Use" Guarantee! Most platforms lock you into long-term contracts with zero refunds if you change your mind. We don't. If you sign up for a discounted 6-month or 12-month plan and decide to cancel early, you only pay for the time you actually used.

    How it works: The first 31 days are always non-refundable (your minimum setup cost). If you cancel after that—for example, after 62 days of a year-long plan—we simply charge you for those 2 months at our standard monthly rate ($35/month) and refund the entire remaining balance directly back to your card. No penalties, no hidden fees.
  • Smart Long-Term Discounts: Save money by committing to a full term—get 6% off for 6-month plans and 15% off for 12-month plans. (Note: If you cancel early, the promotional discount is waived, and your used time is calculated at the standard $35 monthly rate).
  • Payment Method: All eligible refunds are automatically credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

3. Third-Party Transactions (Store Customers)

hostatto.com is a SaaS provider and does not process, hold, or manage funds transferred between merchants (store owners) and their buyers.

  • Cryptocurrency Payments: All crypto payments made via our built-in module are strictly Peer-to-Peer (P2P) directly to the merchant's wallet. hostatto.com cannot reverse, recover, or refund cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Disputes: Any requests for refunds, returns, or disputes regarding goods purchased from a store hosted on hostatto.com must be resolved entirely and directly between the buyer and the merchant. We bear no responsibility for unfulfilled orders, returned goods, or lost funds.

4. Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard.
  • Standard Plans: Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access to the Service will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation, and any eligible refund will be processed according to our Fair-Pay Guarantee in Section 2.
  • Promotional Lifetime Plan: If a user on the Promotional Lifetime Plan cancels their subscription early via the dashboard (using the “Cancel Subscription” button), the subscription is deactivated immediately and no partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current month. The store is then placed into a frozen state under the terms specified in Section 5.

5. Expiration and Data Deletion

  • Trial Accounts: If you do not upgrade to a paid plan within 15 days, your store will be frozen. You will have a 20-day grace period to transition to a paid subscription. If no upgrade is made by the end of this 20-day period, the store and all associated user data will be permanently deleted.
  • Paid Accounts (Standard Plans): If a standard paid subscription is not renewed, the store will be frozen for 20 days. During this time, you have the opportunity to renew your subscription to restore access. If the subscription is not renewed within this 20-day period, the store and all user data will be permanently deleted.
  • Promotional Lifetime Accounts (Early Cancellation): If a Promotional Lifetime Plan subscription is cancelled early via the admin panel, the user's store and account will be frozen for 20 days. The user has exactly 20 days to reactivate the subscription to restore access and keep the special rate. If it is not reactivated within this period, the user account and all associated websites/stores will be permanently and completely deleted from the system, and the promotional lifetime rate will be lost forever.
  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for backing up their data before the store is frozen or the 20-day deletion deadline is reached.

6. Violations and Chargebacks

In accordance with our Terms of Service, accounts terminated due to prohibited use (e.g., selling illegal goods, fraud) are not eligible for any refunds. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of data.


7. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any mandatory consumer rights provided by EU law that exceed these terms will be honored accordingly.
